Unfortunately, Carlos Marin Designer® does not accept returns (Preserved Roses – Flower Arrangements – Roses Bears and Dogs - Plants). If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 24 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you. If you don’t contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, you order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that same day order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
